(DMI) a midsized IT services and Mobile solutions provider, he was pivotal in growth from $40M to $350M. Prior to his years in business development, Bill ran Operations for a manufacturing company, a telecommunications company and an IT services company. Bill is a U.S. Naval Academy graduate and career Naval Nuclear Submarine Force Commanding Officer.
Ian Saltz has over two decades leading Capture, Business Development and Proposal operations for both large and small contractors supporting the Department of Defense, Intelligence Community and Multiple Civilian Agencies. His responsibilities have included building pipelines, pursuing and winning IDIQs and GWACs and managing large and small proposals.
